“If you are having problems with your old computer or you have just bought a new one and need help setting it up, Dan would be a good place to go. He is experienced and knows his stuff. I was having a problem with my 8 year old computer and based on another Next Door recommendation I contacted him via email. He was quick to respond by phone and came to my home and checked things out. He helped me make the decision on whether to try to repair or replace with new. I decided to go with a new computer and he gave advice on what to consider. He also made himself available to migrate my files, programs, emails (numbering in the thousands) etc. to the new computer. He did an outstanding job in transferring everything and getting the new computer up and running along with all the peripherals (scanner, printer, modem, sound system, etc.) without a hitch.
